Inspiration Exchange #37

We’ll be holding our next Inspiration Exchange session on May 13 at 16:00 BST.

In our upcoming session, we’ll present an overview of the state-of-the-art machine learning methods for estimating counterfactuals over time and explore open challenges for the field. We will then motivate and explore a fundamentally new type of solution by reformulating the problem as an ODE discovery problem. This approach has unique advantages over previous neural network-based architectures and could spark innovations in other areas of treatment effect estimation.
