As AI agents become increasingly capable, they’re poised to enter labor markets once thought to be purely human territory. But succeeding in these future labor markets will require navigating complex dynamics of reputation, trust, and competition.
What are the capabilities that AI agents will need to navigate future labor markets?
How will they complement human workers? 
How do we build labor markets that are not just efficient, but fair and adaptive?
