The 1-day Workshop is aimed at discussing the context in which Italian public institutions and industry operate in science and technology. The Workshop’s goal is to identify strengths and weaknesses of the current system and discuss a strategy for improving the efficiency of the exchange between public and private sectors to foster scientific and technological research. The Workshop is meant to be the first of a series of meetings (Forum on Research-Industry in Italy) on focused exchanges between the public and private research sectors in Italy.
